Zelensky says US intelligence-sharing with Ukraine has resumed
18 October 2026
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says the United States has resumed intelligence-sharing following a brief interruption, Reuters reported on Sunday.
Speaking to NBC, Zelensky said the information flow was functioning again. Ukraine relies on American intelligence to help detect incoming Russian missile attacks.
The statement follows conflicting accounts about whether cooperation had been disrupted.
Zelensky also criticised separate US decisions involving Russian energy and sanctions, highlighting continuing tensions between Kyiv and Washington despite the restoration of intelligence support.
